Last Supper at the Death Row Diner

This was a performance dinner, staged as part of the Ceri Hand Gallery pop-up/exhibition, 'Black Hole Hums B Flat' (2010), in London.

The dinner was staged for an invited guest list of art world professionals and consisted of a menu entirely based on the final meal menus of infamous Death Row prisoners. Fortune cookies offered two ideas - 'In the future, good things will happen', or, 'In the future, bad things will happen' - and the drinks waiter wore the costume of John Wayne Gacy's children's party clown.
