I've been fascinated by words, language, and text for a long time; how they sound, how they look, how they sit together, and what happens when they're taken out of context or put into new ones.

For a while now, I've been making digital drawings of couplings of words I see, hear, or stumble across, that just seem to sit right together, and 'Angles Morts' is one of those phrases.

Some people will recognise it right away, but even for those that don't, I'm sure there'll be a flicker of recognition. It's a phrase that's everywhere, and quite poetic in its implied danger.

I'll probably end up including a few of these drawings on t-shirts through this Monthly Multiple series, like a series within a series. Wearable art. Why not.
